Nathalie was absolutely amazing to work with! She was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and made the whole insurance process easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood all my options. Her customer service was excellent, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping her customers. Thank you Lydon & Murphy  for a company with great service and great service staff like Nathalie Chedid My bank requested  some info and it was so quick for Nathalie to find it in my file and she sent to directly to the bank on the internet and a receipt to me from the bank. Her experience shows with every interaction we have had with her over the past few years, and especially right now while we are building a new home with many changes and delays. I had an excellent experience with this insurance company, thanks especially to Rachel. She is incredibly professional, patient, and kind. Rachel truly went above and beyond. She carefully explained every step of adding a new vehicle to my policy, walked me through all the RMV paperwork, and took the time to find a policy that genuinely fits my needs. Her exceptional customer service and attentiveness made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and reassuring. Nathalie's assistance with my inquiry of bundling auto and home insurance was absolutely wonderful. I have been a long standing auto insurance customer of Lydon and Murphy for close to twenty years and am so happy they were able to assist me in saving money with the transition of new insurance for our new vehicle as well as a better policy for our homeowners insurance. I have been a customer for probably 20+ years, sort of by accident. I initially signed up with them for my auto insurance because they were across the street from the car dealer and I needed Insurance right away :) . I had every intention of changing it to my local agent at some point. But year after year, whenever I needed anything, a form to be sent, some sort of verification, they always, ALWAYS came through for me in a timely manner, professional, courteous, responsive and have gone way above and beyond in a few instances for me. I now have my home insurance etc. with them as well. Never gave me a reason to change it. Whenever I need to contact them I never get that sense of dread we all sometimes get when dealing with companies we have to deal with involving paperwork etc. What a score for me that I found them!
